Ness and his untouchables are truly untouchable and together they will protect us they will save us. I theorize that Ness will not only save chicago from the likes of al capone but he will save others as well. I know that most of you like al capone do to the fact he is supplying you with alcohol in your speakeasies but capone is nothing but a tyrant that needs to be stopped and ness is the guy who will stop him he is a smart man and he like his untouchables will never take a bribe. We as a people of this dying city should not give more power and support to a tyrant but should give our support into the one who will heal this dying city by taking down what is killing
February 27 1920 F.B.I agent Morgan got a leak that Capone was falsifying his health to not go to the grand jury to be a witness for a violation of prohibition laws case. He got interested and had agent Jarrett in Miami, Florida to look into it. They soon found that he was completely ok. Morgan had jerrett follow him around and do some reconnaissance. He found that he has been meeting up with some heads of his crime organization.

During the 1920’s gang related crime was a serious issue. The leader of all this violence and corruption was a man named Al “Scarface” Capone (“Al Capone”). This organized crime, dehumanization, and corruption, became the ultimate image of Chicago for people throughout the world. He was largely immersed in things like gambling, prostitution, and the illegal sale of liquor. He was not convicted for any of his crimes, even the St. Valentine's Day massacre of 1929, until he was imprisoned for tax evasion (Horan).

In addition, the Mafia rose with gambling, bootlegging, and illegal marketing.
The plan was to get a bootlegger to lure Bugs Moran and his gang to a back alley where Capone 's men would dress like police officers and take the gangs guns then open fire and kill everyone. Just one small hiccup. Bugs Moran saw the Cop car before anyone else and ran away before capone 's men could kill him. Capone being smart planned his vacation and left when this was happening but the police and the media knew it was his planning. This made Capone famous.

He was very skilled at covering his tracks. He always paid in cash and never owned anything under his own name. Unfortunately for him, the government did everything in their power to take him down. He became the city’s “Public Enemy Number One,” (“Al Capone,” 1999). The IRS assigned an investigator to focus on Capone’s actions and look for any mistakes that can incriminate him in court.
He started his bootleg business very young, he started to build up his business to become more successful This did cause some of his men to die or get injured very bad.
