Why did George kill Lenny? In the book mice and men the characters, George and Lennie found each other after Lennie killed another character which is Lennies Wife. Page 106, book tells us in a very specific way that, “George raised the gun and steadied it, and he brought the muzzle close to the back of Lennie's head”. “He pulled the trigger”. That quote I just finished off with easily describes that George killed Lennie which is unfortunate for the book to end with a character dying. This scene tells me that George wanted to seek revenge for Lenny, or give Lenny exactly what he deserved. This scene tells me that the author wanted to describe the murdering of Lennie as specifically as he could. I appreciate this scene for the details the author
