Why Did The Roman Republic Provide Public Services

The Roman Republic very good at providing public services to the people in Rome, so that is why they have an A in public services. In Rome there was something called the aqueducts, and the aqueducts helped transport water from out of the city into the city. They were built underground in tunnels so that they don’t get involved with the farms and the roads. The Roman aqueducts allowed the people of Rome to get access to water easter, so they can take baths and drink water. There were also roads in Rome that help the the roman Republic transport and trade. The Roman roads were mainly built for military purposes, but were also used to trade and move goods. Rome definitely became more complex because of all the roads leading into other empires
