Do you like reading about activist in the world? Do you think that segregation is a good thing? If you like segregation, would you like to go back in time to when segregation was going? Martin Luther King Jr. wouldn’t like that because that was what he fought against, so that white people could live in peace with colored people.
Martin Luther King Jr. was a civil rights activist, a pastor, and an author of a few books he wrote. As civil right activist Martin Luther King Jr fought for freedom against segregation so that he and colored people could be treated just like white people. How did Martin Luther King Jr. become important? Well martin Luther king Jr became famous because of his major protesting. One of his major protests was the Montgomery bus boycott, the striking sanitation workers in Memphis, and Bloody Sunday. Martin Luther king Jr. became famous by talking on talk shows, meeting important people like the president, vice president, and the prime minister. King also became famous when he wrote books and went to book signings. One of the reasons was really famous was because of his speeches like the “I have a dream” speech and the “I’ve Been to the Mountaintop” speech. For my conclusion of my biography I ask this question, what would the world be like if Martin Luther King Jr. hadn’t been born? If Martin Luther king Jr. didn’t leave America would probably be a very violent country. North America would probably be a violent country because Malcolm X and the Black Panther Party were in the U.S. trying to make black people join them to help protect them from the abuse of the white man. If Martin was never born, the United States would be more violent than it is today. That is bad because we be acting like the bad people in the movie Purge where all crime is allowed on one night of the year and that would be really bad for the economy and government and also the good innocent
