This play is written about two main characters, Romeo and Juliet. Their families have been fighting with each other which makes it so much harder for them to have an open relationship with there parents knowing. After the plot has thickened the couple gets separated but are soon reunited, but not in the way they had hoped. This couple's fate will be decided in ways such as Romeo being banished, Romeo coming back to die with Juliet, or Juliet killing herself to be with Romeo.
The tragedy of Romeo and Juliet tells the story of two young star-crossed lovers whose death reconcile their feuding families. Romeo and Juliet’s love seems to be doomed from the beginning, Just a few days after they meet they take their own lives. Many characters are to blame for their death. However, there was three, in particular. Friar Lawrence, Lady Capulet and Juliet.

What I think makes Romeo and Juliet the play that it is is by the theme of miscommunication. Miscommunication also connects with the theme of secrets too. If there were no secrets in the book then there wouldn’t be a miscommunication at the end of the play. If more people knew about their love for each other and their marriage no one probably would get killed. Juliet wouldn’t had to take the position to fake she’s dead.

In the play Romeo and Juliet, I’ve come to the point where I think Romeo is the one who caused all of the tragedy throughout the play. First of all Romeo went after girls just because of their looks without regard to who the person is. Romeo says“Beauty too rich for use, for earth too dear”(Romeo and Juliet 1.5.52) He spots Juliet and immediately forgets about his old love Rosaline and falls in love with Juliet, complimenting her beauty. Another reason he was responsible is that he went to a capulet party even though he knew he wasn’t welcome to go see his then love Rosaline.

This conflict between the Capulets and the Montagues has been going on for a very long time and neither side is willing to make up for whatever may have happened in the past. Because of this a strong dislike is portrayed when someone sees a person from the opposite side. If the family feud wouldn’t have existed Romeo and Juliet would not have any large reason to hide their relationship.
