The people thought the Titanic was an unsinkable ship, but would that hold up to be true or would people's arrogance cause many people to die? The thought of an unsinkable ship filled the hearts of many, but one iceberg ruined everyone's dream of an unsinkable ship and the hope of a future after that famous boat ride. Miss Emily Badman was a third-class passenger aboard the Titanic, but even though many third-class passengers did not survive, she was not hesitant to to get off the boat and and live a happy life. The idea of an unsinkable ship caused the Titanic to sink, but Miss Emily had a better idea and got off the boat quickly. Unsinkable ships have been many people's dreams in the past, but it is a very hard task. Titanic was the answer to having a functioning “unsinkable” ship, but icebergs thought “unsinkable” was a big word to use for a ship. Many people thought the Titanic was unsinkable, many people started getting arrogant because they thought that the boat couldn't sink. So many people boarded the Titanic in the hope of going to the states and starting a brand new life. Many people didn't start a new life, they had just ended it. Being humans we tend to get a little bit over our head, the people sailing the Titanic got a little bit to much over there head. Not a lot of third-class passengers survived the sinking. She did not hesitate to get off the boat and on a lifeboat. Most people stayed in their rooms because they thought the boat could not sink, but they were wrong. When most of the people realized that the boat was going to sink it was already too late. People who were working the Titanic locked the doors on the third-class and tried to lock the doors on the middle class as well. The only reason Miss Emily survived the sinking is because she got out of her room as soon as she could and got on the top deck so she could get so
