Sir Winston Churchill was an amazing leader. He lead many different things throughout his whole life. He had the personality fit for the job and really committed to his work. Based off the sources, it is clear he was loved and respected by many. He states, “I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears, and sweat.” Which shows his never ending dedication and commitment to his country. One of his personality traits that made him such a good leader was his determination. He was determined to win every battle. It takes so much bravery to lead and carry your army let alone just going into battle. He once said, “War is inevitable” which I agree with. Sometimes you just can’t avoid a fight. But instead of trying to avoid these battles he wanted to just power through them without thinking about it twice. He was so confident with his war skills that he said, “Fight anywhere, anytime” those are the words of a true hero. Most importantly a true leader. Some people claim Churchill was not a good leader. But I do not agree. He has all the traits of a phenomenal boss. He may have made some mistakes in his past, but nobody’s perfect. Practice makes perfect, right. He has brought Great Britain to victory multiple times and you can’t win every battle. Overall, Churchill was a very important leader in our history and should be admired for is victories and not judged for his losses.
