Some of us now do not believe that there should be separation. Some feel that there should be religion be in public schools if brought up in conversation and then there are the ones that feel that religion should not be in public schools so that they or others would get upset with hearing things they do not believe
Whether Florida should go to year-round school is a new topic. Schools should not go to year-round school because teachers may not be able to find a babysitter and teachers don’t have time to tidy up. Even though year-round school helps kids remember what they learned schools should not go to year-round school. First teachers might not be able to find a babysitter for younger kids.
Today i’m going to be giving you reasons why the middle school and high school should get recess. Do you think we should get recess? I think we should have it to have more fun in school. Maybe if we had it school would be fun and not boring. I think that the middle school and high school should get recess because we don’t want to be working from tell school starts tell it ends, that would be so tiring.
For many years, schools around the nation have focused on sports instead of their academic studies. Many studies show that these activities are harming places of learning. Therefore, districts around the country should stop this after class past time to save money, reduce the child’s stress, and to increase the learners grades As many Americans know, money can help to achieve a great education. In an article “Should Your School Get Rid of Sports”, it was found that “many schools can not afford to repair classrooms due to the lack of funding”(Ripley 10).The biggest events the schools have to pay for are the games, they have to pay for the concession stands, to clean up after the kids who leave their trash and they have to repair the bleachers
School segregation had never ended. All those fight for school segregation in the United States were not in vain schools are equal but they still segregated. School now are more diverse however public schools still facing this problem, according to a report released by U.S. Government Accountability Office their report concludes that “During the 2020-21 school year, more than a third of students (about 18.5 million) attended schools where 75% or more students were of a single race or ethnicity.” This report shows hose third of students are still facing segregation.
Brown Did Not Help the Economic Problems of African Americans Justice Earl Warren fought tirelessly to have a unanimous Supreme Court decision in the case of Brown v. Board of Education. The justices knew this would be a landmark case (Urofsky, Seminar). While Brown was a step in the right direction, not only did it not solve the problem of school segregation, but it did not solve the root of the Jim Crow laws. By ruling on segregation specifically in education and not addressing the economic issues that plagued African Americans, Brown did not have the positive effect on race relations in the south that it could have. Brown did not solve the problem of school segregation.
Segregation has made a huge impact on how human beings of different races and religions are treated. Many historical events have showed how segregation and racism is wrong and selfish. Discrimination has caused many uproars and protests all over the country to protect all races. The three main reasons why segregation is wrong is that it takes away their freedom, makes them feel unequal and treated differently, and finally it is unconstitutional.
I am going to have to disagree with you that segregation still exists in the US and has been going on for years now. People are free to move anywhere they would like and are not bound by borders or school districts. Yes, some cities have become more affluent and the cost of living in those cities is more expensive than your average suburb, but do you really think this is by design or planed to alienate a certain race of people? The fact that you say whites are moving farther and farther away from the city and causing segregation is not a true statement. It also consists of other races too.

As time progresses, so is the debate between which educational institution is better at maximizing student’s education: charter schools or public schools. In “Redefining “Public” Education: Charter Schools, Common Schools and the Rhetoric of Reform,” author Chris Lubienski, makes the argument that charter schools are not public schools. He defines charter schools as having these common characteristics: “are publicly funded but free of any bureaucratic regulations with which traditional public schools have to contend. Usually they operate independently of a locally elected school board and are designed instead to be more directly accountable to the families that they serve.”
When I would ask why, I was told I needed to do something “girly,” like ballet lessons. So, I signed up for ballet lessons which continued until I graduated from high school. I look back at my childhood interests and activities and am amazed at the gender socialization that happened. I clearly believed my mental and physical limitations were a result of my gender. As a child, I was always the kid that would much rather ride bikes with the boys then play with dolls. I remember one girl from my class asked me “ are you a boy or a girl”, when I said that I did not want to play house and that I would rather play cars with the boys. I saw the other girls in my class and I realized I was different from them. They did not like anything I enjoyed doing and vice versa. I grew up never fitting in with the other girls in my school.
Boys may like to build things, manipulate objects and picture complex objects in their minds. Now this explains why boys are drawn to construction, building puzzles and even playing video games. On the other hand as a teacher I realize that girls generally like to talk. And they will talk
Co-ed schools versus single-sex schools: which will provide a better learning experience for students? The debate over whether or not the genders should be separated in the classroom still stands today. In a society where both men and women have to work together harmoniously, a co-ed education initially seems to be the more viable option since it prepares students for real-world experiences. Although every student has different learning styles, a student would, however, ultimately benefit from the tailored curriculum and comfort of a single-sex educational environment. Students will have a more relaxed learning experience without distractions from the opposite gender.
Single-Gender Schools Should not be Tolerated in this Day and Age. Single gender schools affects are gender stereotyping, inability to work with the opposite gender, and inhabits opportunities for the different genders to learn from each other (Elliot, 2016). Although single-gender schools have benefits it might not be from differing the genders (Ancheta , 2018). Research also shows no evidence that single gender schools boost in achievement. Co-ed schools allow for kids interact with the other gender and learn from them.
