Why We Should Have At Least One Extracurricular Activities For Kids

I disagree with having at least one extracurricular activity for kids.I personally feel like this decision is kinda unfair to kids.Reasons like time consuming and not being able to fit in is the complications kids can face.However, there are a few positive effects but not many.Kids should have there own decision on whether they want to do a activity or not but it shouldn't be a rule.Forcing kids to do something they don't want to do is iniquitous.That is why this decision isn't the smartest idea.

This decision is very time consuming.Some kids have other responsibility's to do at home like chores,homework,studying,other activity's,and jobs! Kids need to do their homework in order to hold down their grades .High school and middle school kids might have after school jobs they need to do so they can earn money.Kids also need to study in order to pass their classes and have good grades.A lot of kids have chores to do around the house that needs to be done.Kids might have other activity's they do after school like dance,football,basketball,swimming,and track that they also can't miss.Having at least one extracurricular activity can put a hold on people's responsibility's at home. …show more content…

It's not right to blatantly ignore somebody's decision and make them do it anyway.Forcing someone to do something they don't wanna do isn't the smartest idea because they won't put as much effort in it anyway.Crowds can be scary or nerve-wrecking to people and they just wanna stay away from it.This decision can ruin people.Some kids aren't the sweetest people and may bully or tease children because they are anti-social which may cause more
