Eric Adams is a Latin Highschool teacher who attended the University of Georgia. He now has a family and can finiaically support them thanks to his multiple degrees in college. He lives in a a large house with his wife and two kids. Eric Adams is a succesful educator and couldnt be ome what he is now without college. With the advanced money he has made he has paid off his student loans and is now is making strictly profit for him and his family.
Every year thousands of high school students will receive their diplomas and become graduates. For many of us this is a major moment in young adulthood. One of the first major decisions many of us will make following that day will be whether or not to attend college. All through school it is constantly pushed upon us that college is the best way to prepare for a successful future. However, everyone does not feel that way.

I want to go to college to become an elementary school teacher. This has always been my goal in life since I was in elementary school. I want to be able to use my education to better the education of others, especially young kids who are in the peak of intellectual development. I took an internship with special needs preschool this year and it has taught me so much about the importance of education for younger children. While yes education is important no matter what age you are I believe a quality elementary education is the most crucial stepping stone to guaranteeing better education later on in life.
Everyone remembers being asked in elementary school what they wanted to be when they grow up. Most people said the generic jobs, they wanted to be a teacher, actor, or professional athlete. Most high schoolers don’t even know what they want to be when they graduate, and many college students change their major halfway through college. Schools across the US are now making incoming high schoolers choose a major or “endorsement”, a choice that affects the rest of their classes throughout high school. Students shouldn’t have to choose their major for the rest of their lives the second they begin their high school career.
Growing up with religious Coptic Orthodox parents have left some lasting effects on how I see the world now. I have always been taught that God comes first, family second, and everything else third. Ever since I was a little girl, my parents always dreamed of me going to a Catholic school. I, along with my parents, have always enjoyed the idea of praying and talking about God without hesitation. The University of St. Thomas would be a great place for me to grow spiritually in my faith and to achieve more than my family and friends imagined I could do.
We all have hundreds if not thousands of choices when it comes to universities that we can attend. There are some that are campus only, some that are on line only, and in more recent years, a few that have broadened their course offerings to include both campus and online curriculum. The availability of online degrees has grown in leaps and bounds in the last several decades. Like any business, a university will experience growing pains when adding or changing new ideas through the years and it is how those changes are managed that will ultimately show the strength of the educational foundation.
