Wildhood center is an outdoor learning adventure camp site, which includes having activities such as; hiking, tree identification, nature crafting, cooking with nature, and workshops like how to help prevent forest fires. Wildhood's workshops focus mainly on teaching people of all ages on how to survive in, appreciate, and preserve nature; whilst the actual main center focuses on mostly self-discovery and encourages adventures outside of the classroom and household.

Campfire availability – for both camping and cooking in nature purposes, it is very important to have an area where it is very safe for fires to be built and made.

Another thing that is perfect about the Alberta mountain forest, is that the average temperature all year round is definitely do-able for having campers all year around- and around 80% of this region has remained intact and hasn’t suffered any deforestation. The area surrounding the Alberta mountain forest has many open rivers and small lakes that, like I said before, would be used for group learning activies as well as for water sport (i.e. kayaking, canoeing, swimming). The vast area covering a small portion of the Rocky Mountains, has great potential to becoming a more challenging/involved hiking and trail exploring experience. One of the only downsides to the wild life that surrounds this forest is that there are dangers such as forest fires and large carnivores, that are amazing to study from afar might cause harm and worry to potential guests and employees. While there are technologies that can help keep the animals away (such as pepper spray and fenced off areas), I find those methods a little unfair to the animals that call that
