Winston Churchill Statesman, historian, memoirist, who led the country for five years and through it gained a central place in the modern history of the United Kingdom. Churchill is one of the most significant political figures of the twentieth century. He was also awarded by the 1953 Nobel Prize in literature, although it is not a secret that he would also prefer the Nobel Peace prize.
This man was a "long-liver" in English and the international political arena. He was a descendant of the famous English families of Marlborough and Churchill, grandson of Duke, was a permanent member of the House of Commons, the Prime Minister, honorary citizen of the United States and was distantly related to the President of the United States - Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
No one who knew Winston in his childhood and youth could not imagine that he will take place in the history of Great Britain. Since his childhood, he showed unusual stubbornness and arrogance.
