1. Introduction Anxiety disorder is associated with a significant economic burden due to decreased work productivity and increased use of health care services, particularly primary health care. This places a financial burden on organizations and governments (Wittchen, 2002). Muschalla and Linden (2012) defined Workplace Anxiety as "feelings of nervousness and uneasiness about the accomplishment of job tasks". It is considered as a domain specific perception that is affected by both individual differences and workplace characteristics. Healthcare costs covered by health insurance includes all the costs needed to provide each healthcare service, such as salaries for doctors and staff, medical equipment, medications, training costs, and so on. As for indirect costs they were comprised of the morbidity cost (including absenteeism, presenteeism and unemployment cost) and the mortality cost (McCrone, 2008). Morbidity costs as suggested by Yafit Levin (2014) occur when patients are not able to function normally as a result of their illness, while mortality costs occur when patients die as a result of suicide caused by the illness. It is important to recognize the cost of anxiety disorder in organizations according to Haws (2015), in order for decision makers to create solutions to reduce productivity loss from employee 's illness, which will eventually produce a possible return on investment for offering health benefits to improve productivity.

In a perfect world, organizations would have been monitoring employee 's mental health issues and have acted early to implement the actions needed to control the Anxiety epidemic in the workplace, but in reality, not many organizations have developed plans to reduce the prevalence of Anxiety Disorder. The aim of this research is to develop a model to identify the costs of Anxiety disorder to Employers. This model can help decision makers in deciding which plans to offer employees and negotiating rates and benefits with managed care companies.
In this research we will focus on estimating the total cost of Anxiety Disorder to Employers which consists of the following components: Healthcare costs covered by insurance as direct costs, and Morbidity and Mortality costs as indirect costs. (McCrone, 2008). This can help decision makers prioritize disorder-specific resource allocation
