135 countries fought in World War I and it started in 1914, over more than 1.5 million people died, and it lasted for a period of more than five years, and got almost all countries in the world involved in it. Causing impact on most parts of Europe, with the war being fought primarily in the Western and the Eastern Front, it also had a devastating look in the Middle Eastern and Italian Front. Continents like Asia, Africa, and Countries like China, USA were part of the massacre.
The range and the extreme scale of the war was a considerable size.
The assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria, assassinated by a Serbian Nationalist in Sarajevo, Bosnia started the War, following a rapid increase of fear and threat led to numbers of events: Austria-Hungary fault the Serbians for the murder, and Russia came in Serbia’s rescue. Austria assure the Germans that they will receive their support in the event of Russian intervention, and the receive support even at the interference of France, and Great Britain.
