Having the opportunity to review “Curious You” brings such encouragement to my heart. This book allows those that are in a place in their life where you need those words to push you forward. The author of this specific book has written this book to millions of children across the world so they are inspired to do what encourages them the most. These are mostly ready by their parents to encourage their children based on their age range. But, I also find that the audience can become very diverse because this book clearly appeals to myself and other colleagues that are very curious about what’s next for us outside of these walls called Wiley College . This book for myself begins to let me know that curious me who is having a hard time deciding what’s next after undergrad that’s it alright to be curious about this world out here but, knowing that those that really care for you will be there when you fall. The text of this book is very attention grabbing because, of the way the text is written as well as the illustrations that make you excited to read the book in more detail. This book is an easy read so, it allow us the opportunity to want to read it over and over again. These elements that I’ve talked about helped the case of what this book is written for to better help bring attention to the curious us. There is a certain reading style from the book that is broken down into elementary terms that allows all those that will read the book to understand what it is trying to say to each of us. In my conclusion coming in contact with this book means a great deal to me because through this season of transition it has shown me that it doesn’t hurt to be curious about the world that is ahead of us. Its alright to be scared but, you never will know how deep something is until your try it for yourself and recognize that if it is in your heart that it will never fail you. There is one thing that I can reflect on from this story and that is that no matter how much George is about doing something yes, he is curious but, no matter what he is willing to do what it take to find out what he seeks to discover.
