In the past few decades, gaming consoles have become one of the most popular forms of entertainment amongst kids and adults as each generation of gaming systems improves on their previous models. Ever since I was first introduced to video games as a child, it has become one of my favorite pastime activities. As the gaming industry expanded, several companies have developed their own unique consoles which has left me wondering which of these new generation consoles best suits my needs and wants in a gaming system. Maybe the Nintendo Switch, a small and versatile console, would best meet my needs in terms of a gaming console. One of the best features would have to be the Xbox Game Pass which is a monthly subscription of $9.99 that gives you access to hundreds of games(Microsoft.com). Since it gives you access to such a large catalog of games, the Game Pass is definitely something worth getting for those who have the Xbox Series X. Although I have never previously owned any Xbox console, it is still worth noticing that the Series X also has backward compatibility which means that you could play games or use controllers that you already owned from past Xbox consoles.
