Aaron – Your opening statement about peer coaching is dead on. As many of the articles stated there has to be a level of comfort between the two professionals involved in peer coaching. This level of comfort is only attained if each of them knows how to effectively communicate with one another and if they both have the mindset that this practice is for the improved achievement of our students. One article thought the teacher reached that level of comfort after sharing some personal things about themselves with their peer coach and vice versa. At my previous school I had no problem sharing some personal facts about myself with my team, but we also had the same mindset and focus for our students. I also agree with some teachers being terrible
