Working within a team I can have many benefits. In my personal opinion I think it can help you as an individual as If you have weak spot in something someone that could be someone strength and they can help you. It also helps to not duplicate work as if you communicate properly and have meeting you can allocate certain task for certain people and this way no one is duplicating the work. For example, I have a meeting every day with my line manager so we can set our work together. Communication must be clear and you should when needed and this is a great opportunity to share ideas as a whole. This can also help you to reach deadline and objective quicker and productively for example instead of someone doing all the work you can help each other out and share opinion so your work load is on time and the work will be at a high standard.

Consider the source of team conflict, such as interpersonal and task-based. What causes these and how these can be resolved? You may wish to use an example to support your explanation of a work related conflict you have witnessed.
The main sources of conflict with a teams are people personalities and the way the task has been approached. For example, you may have a person who isn’t pulling their weight and they may talk to you in an angry tone of voice which can cause conflict.
We need to identify why there is a problem and approach the problem carefully by getting both point of views and come up with a solution to satisfy both side of the parties.
