Each characteristic is truly associated with just about every job. Some characteristics do pertain to me more than others. I am not big on making friendships within my job, but if I do, I consider that just the bonus. I am there for my job and to give the best care I can to the children I take care of. I do know that each individual has a different need and want with their job and that is nothing to be ashamed of. Each individual is different and has the right to speak for what they want in their job and in the workplace. I learned that as a manager I will need to know my employees and make sure that if they want something and it is in the best interest than I need to fight to get them it. You don’t think about these qualities very often until you have someone question you on it. I believe each of these characteristics is important, but obviously some are more important than others. I was shocked to see that I was more in the top half for coaching skills rather than the lower. I have never physically coached someone before, but have always wanted to. I now feel like I have some more confidence that I can get out in the world and coach someone on something that I feel strongly in. I am very flexible and can learn rather easy, I think I would be a great coach, but I also think that I could learn something from my mentee as
