The psychological approach defined that the psychological health is importance to everyone as well as an employee from an organization. It will direct affect the personal innovation. The creativity and idea can only appear when a person in a healthy psychological situation. Need of achievement describes a person who seeks the achievement and attainment of realistic but challenging goals, and advancement in the job. There is a strong need for feedback for achievement and progress, and a need for a sense of accomplishment. Julian Rotter, put forward a locus of control theory. This theory holds that people with a strong internal locus of control has a strong personal belief that one has influence over outcomes through skills, efforts or ability and is one of the psychological traits most often asserted as related to entrepreneurship (Kaufmann et al, 1995). Michael Kirton developed a model called Adaption-Innovation theory, which claims that an individual's preferred approach to problem solving can be placed on a continuum ranging from high adaptation(adaptors) to high innovation(innovators). We have stood in a neutral position which is we do agree and disagree with national innovation system does not help young entrepreneur to innovate and venture new businesses. With part of the information we have concluded above, we do agree with the statement which is national system of innovation does not support young entrepreneur to innovate and venture new business. There are few barriers that keep national innovation to help young entrepreneur such as patenting trend, lack of quality education, and slow pace with R&D in Malaysia. However, with the sufficient particular facts that we have conducted in this assignment, we do disagree with the statement as well. It has evidently stated that entrepreneurs act as innovators that can lead future economic growth of a country. Technological advancement, maximizing knowledge based economics, multinational corporations, quality of public and private research organizations, and financial institutions are the main important keys that develop the innovation activities and to make a stand on our
