Eric was observed in the living room of his home with his sitter present. As the observation started, the sitter brought out several toys including a bag of blocks. She opened the bag and dumped the blocks out. She then asked Eric if he wanted to build a tower. He responded by saying, “A choo choo train” and repeated this several times. She helped him to build a train. As they built Eric counted “1,2,3,4,5,6”. He then said, “I wanna see _____ Choo choo.” The middle words were not recognizable. He pushed some of the blocks along the floor. Eric then stacked several blocks. As he stacked them, he was heard to sing quietly. Eric repeated her, “Drive the train.” He then turned the train over on its side. The sitter asked him if he wanted to make a tower. Eric answered, “A tower.” She took the train apart and started to build a tower. Eric helped by placing blocks on top. As he stacked the blocks he started to sing again. He then said, “Hallelujah, come on kids.” Eric and the sitter then finished stacked all the blocks. He then took a small car and drove it up the tower. The sitter asked him what he was doing. He said something that was not recognizable to the observer or the sitter. He continued to drive the car up and down the tower. As he played, he sat in a “W” position. He repeated the sitter when she said, “Up the tower.” He then said, “That’s so pretty.” The sitter tried to join in his play by driving a car up the tower. Eric yelled, “Stop.” He then drove his car down and said, “He got down.” The sitter then asked him to build something else. Eric responded by yelling, “stop” several times. She then brought over an electronic book. Eric turned his attention to the book and started to push the various buttons on the book. She asked him to touch the red button, but he did not comply. He then pulled the book away from her. He
