For the sake of my study, in-depth interviews and questionnaires will be utilized in this study not only because it allows the participants to fully thoroughly express their thoughts, but permits to further engage in conversation when needed. When conducting interviews, you can ask participants open-ended questions so they can best voice their experiences unconstrained by any perspectives of the researcher or past research findings (Creswell,

1. Why is outside review important in the research process? Outside review is important in the research process, because it helps the researcher expand their knowledge on the material at-hand and advice. For example, the discussion board questions from the course, has helped each of us to identify what we need to address in our research projects.
SCT, as Ellis (2008) notes, distinguishes ‘learning,’ which is the assisted performance, from ‘development’ which constitutes self-regulated mental activity resulting from having internalized an assisted performance. According to Vygotsky (1978) “learning is not development” but “properly organized learning results in mental development and sets in motion a variety of developmental processes that would be impossible apart from learning” (p. 90, cited in Ellis 2008, p. 534). Internalization, according to Lantolf (2000), does not wholly transfer from external mediation to what already exists internally. This means that, external mediations are not something existing out there and when we acquire it everyone would use it the same way as others.

The authors include comprehensive coverage of the primary theoretical debates in action research, giving essential help to professionals planning to undertake an action research project. The text offers practical help in planning a research project and generating knowledge.
In my research project being an insider researcher has more advantages than disadvantages. Indeed, being an insider in the school where I work is beneficial as I am familiar with the context before conducting the research and throughout my study. Moreover, I will be able to collect the required data in shorter period of time.
Whereas, Religious insider is the truth and purposes that are shaped by religious thinking and focuses on what the Gods are doing. This concept deals with normative values and also metaphysics which is reality that is beyond the natural world. While many have assumed that internal and external validity are goals of research, others have raised arguments concerning why this may not be true (Mook, 1983). This paper will examine the functionality of external and internal validity in psychological research methods; Moreover, it will explain that, although flawed, these methods may foster important conclusions when careful consideration is given to the particular method used. It can be argued that our research methods are successful in providing validity, but only when the following are considered: awareness and alleviation of threats to validity, the trade-off involved in sacrificing one type of validity for another, and whether or not certain types of validity are always
