As the president of United States of America it can be a little hard to make certain decisions. What the people want and what is for the best for them is very different. Yet this President is for. Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton were presidents of the United States, who may have done good or bad throughout their time serving in office. Both presidents will be compared to determine who brought the best for United States.
The election of 2016 was the 58th Presidential election in the United States. The two frontrunners for this election were the business man Donald J. Trump from New York for the Republican Party and the United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton also from New York for the Democratic Party. Both campaigns were rattled with controversy and
Trump was able to harness hatred in American electorate to his advantages. He promised heaven and earth with no backup plans or details, and his campaign shows American differences and not diversity. Unlike Trump, Hilary ran organized campaign with detailed information, preaching messages on inclusion and plans to continue the good work of incumbent president. Hilary faces many obstacles during her campaign trying to be the first female president in American history, even the female electorate that oath to support her, opposes her. Trump most effective propagandas were lies, fake information, and attack on any media outfits who tries to set the record straight unlike Roosevelt’s campaign that was full of fact and detailed plan.
Bill Clinton and Donald trump were two American Presidents that had unfortunately been impeached but for less unfortunate reasons the only part about it is what they did to get in that situation. What does it mean to get impeached? Impeachment is the removal of a person with power from office. Ways to get impeached are high crime, such as felonies in a criminal trial, another one is bribery, which our last president Donald J trump committed in his election.
Throughout United States history there have been several influential Presidents. Many modern day Presidents such as Bill Clinton, Ronald Reagen and Barack Obama, have made remarkable impacts on society. They have worked and created programs to positively affect our nation. Some of these actions include the Family and Medical Leave Act, Violence Against Women Act, minimum wage increase, Tax Reform Act of 1986, Environmental Protection Agency, deregulation, SDI, Affordable Care Act, and the Dont Ask, Don't Tell Repeal Act of 2010. These are just a few of numerous actions/programs these men enacted.
At the Trump’s America event the lecturer’s discussed pseudoscience and contrasted Donald Trump’s America to Nazi Germany and Trump to Andrew Jackson. I learned about pseudoscience, any intellectual endeavor or belief system which superficially looks like science with observations and experiments, but is not, in the current administration. Such pseudoscientific beliefs held by various Trump’s insiders include denying the reality of climate change, the existence of the Holocaust, and believing that microwave ovens are spy tools to listen and see its users. Additionally, the lecturers initiated a discussion comparing the eras of Trump’s America to that of Nazi Germany.
There are two people in the history of us that has certain similarities, one of them is Donald trump and the other one is Ronald Reagan. To start with their experiences, Donald trump never had a political involvement similarly to Ronald Reagan. However, Reagan was elected as governor of California but he never held political office. Subsequently, their professional life was like each other. Trump was a showrunner and Reagan was a b-movie actor and because of this reason people and media dismissed them as a crucial candidate.
Donald Trump is not a fit candidate for presidential office because of his strict immigration policy, male chauvinistic views, and risky decisions-making skills.
There are numerous people vying to be the Republican candidate for the 2016 Presidential election. Of all the current candidates, Donald Trump is one that will get America back on track because he believes in our education, he has strong opinions on immigration, and he believes the people of Americans should have their 2nd Amendment protected. One reason I would vote for Donald Trump is that he believes in our education system. When the Common Core was implemented Trump voiced his opinion. He said, “Our Common Core is a disaster.”
Economics, social, and political forces affect our vote for president however, it effects everyone differently. Everyone has an idea in what’s best for them, but they never look at the big picture when it comes to voting for president. For instance, Donald Trump and Hilary Clinton had very different stand points on many policies such as immigration, taxes, and free trade. Based off an Economist perspective they would want to increase highly- skilled immigration which would boost innovation and productivity because they have different skills than Americans. Also, taxes should be cut because consumers would have more many to spend, leading to economic growth.
Both the Democrats and the Republicans like to think of themselves as the true heirs of Thomas Jefferson. The modern Democrats are historically descended from the Democratic-Republican Party that Jefferson himself organized to thwart the ambitions of Alexander Hamilton (although, ironically, they were known as "Republicans" in Jefferson 's time). Democrats around the country annually celebrate Jefferson-Jackson Dinners, avowedly declaring a connection between Jefferson and the modern Democratic Party. But Republicans claim that their platform of small government and low taxes is more in line with true Jeffersonian philosophy than that of the big-government Democrats.
Donald Trump v. Ben Carson Some of our past leaders have brought our country to greatness and some have made the U.S. a laughing stock. With our country in turmoil, making the right choice of whom you will vote for to be our next leader can be difficult if you are uninformed about the candidates running for office. Donald Trump and Ben Carson are two Republican candidates surging in the polls for the 2016 nomination for president. Both candidates have generally similar values and opinions on today’s issues, but drastically different attitudes during interviews and debates.
After some anticipation, we have finally reached election year. The people of the United States have been entrusted to select our new leader and commander-in-chief. We have reached a point in the campaign period where we as individuals need to make a decision on where we stand and whom we support. The purpose of this essay is to identify who I think is the best person to be elected and take over the most important job in the world. I will identify who, between Ted Cruz and Donald Trump, will do a better job in the White House.
Abhorrent problems have recently surfaced in the United States, causing many issues between the American Population. When our Founding Fathers helped shape this nation, they expected compassionate and courteous behavior among the citizens to last forever, to imagine if one of them were to see how America is today, would be horrendous. Thomas Jefferson would probably view America as a country that is spiraling out of control, which wouldn’t be completely out of proportion. The United States has many problems when it comes to the lack of racial equivalence, Americans aren’t feeling that the two presidential candidates are fit for the job, overpopulated welfare programs, and the education system. Presidential candidates, Hillary Clinton and
This is how Martin Luther king Jr. would have reacted to Donald Trump discriminating African countries by saying rude comments. Martin Luther King Jr. had many big attainments to end racism. On the other hand Donald Trump said hateful and discriminating comments about poor African countries. Even though Donald Trump is the president of the United States people hated what he had to say about the countries. If Martin Luther King Jr. was still alive today i believe he would have been very mad at what the world has come to.
