There is nothing more embarrassing than doing something offensive to someone else’s culture. People love to travel; they love to experience new things when they visit new places. However; visiting new places will come with new experiences when different cultures are introduced. The Texas Education Agency should require schools to have classes that are dedicated to different cultures around the world. These classes would help American students experience and appreciate new cultures; also, they will be able to understand the ways of the native cultures. Classes that focus on cultures will also make students much less ignorant when they visit countries outside America. Once high schools require

For example, in 2017 there was a Youtuber that traveled to Venice, Italy for a summer vacation. The name of this video was called “How To Get Deported From Italy”, the video belonged to the infamous youtuber Logan Paul. He brought a whole gang of friends with him to this vacation. While on their trip, they jumped into the rivers that served as roads in the city. Unfortunately, in Venice it is considered disrespectful and dangerous to swim in those rivers; also people could get hurt due to the boats that are transporting people or cargo. Also,in the same video they group of friends are shown to be climbing out of their hotel window, screaming at pedestrians in the streets. In the video, “How to get deported from Italy! (Jake’s fault)” Logan and Jake Paul believed they were not doing anything wrong when they were “having a good time”. Americans have let cultural differences determine their perception on people before anyone gets to know one another . This problem has robbed citizens of the chance of developing great relationships with each other. Americans could learn so much from a different culture that could prove to be helpful to society. The best time for Americans to start learning and appreciating other cultures is in middle school or high school. During this time period, students will be able to understand why it is important to learn about other people's way of life. Students should be taught the methods of a culture and the reasoning behind them. The Texas Education Agency should allow teachers or professors that are experts in these cultures teach the students and make learning about them fun. These classes will prove to be effective when the the students become adults, they will see the world in a whole new light.
