Expectations for teachers to facilitate effective and fast student development in classrooms are getting higher. New Jersey is now a part of The Common Core State Standards Initiative that evaluates what a student should already to know in their specific grade. This educational initiative is adopted by forty two other states, which is a way to have all students reaching the same developmental stage. That can be difficult when there are many contributing factors in a classroom prohibiting a natural and regular occurrence of the success of this goal. Classrooms are rather large and the time spent in class isn’t nearly as long as it seems, and during this students do miss valuable information because there is no connection or a tangible teacher near to trust in to ask a question. A plan could be to have two of the three teachers have a significant background in education psychology or communication. This teacher will provide the necessary supervision over students that gravitate towards staying out of sight by not answering questions, or those who attempt to and are discouraged by answering incorrectly. A simple video on a triumphant speech will display to students the power of socialism. The insight to academic perceptions and answers to why effective inclusiveness is important, instead of being told to get into groups, can be enlightening even at young ages. The influence of being explained how things using interaction to remain focused and consciously aware of what needs what’s in front of them whether it be Common Core or what’s ahead. No longer will students have to be bribed to comply, for now they will be willing to. The most important journey we all go through, is in ourselves to find what makes people happy. Many students make their learning or conception of subjects a mystery to teachers, but this doesn't have to be with positive social skills. It doesn’t have to be too late until teachers realize not everyone did well enough because the new standard has squeezed in more work than what is usual. There must be a new strategy for inclusive activities or a new classroom management style where everyone is on the same page and believes it regardless of different social
