It is about Sir Thomas More, The Chancellor of England, does not agree with King Henry VIII on the divorce of his wife. Thomas More and King Henry VII I are friends, their friendship ends because of different political views. This is not very mature, you should have your friends before politics, and they should have made special allowances. Friendship is special it is a bond with someone that a person enjoys being around. Just because King Henry wanted to divorce his wife did not make King Henry a bad person. Thomas should not have judged King Henry on the grounds that he believe differently. People can believe different things and still be good friends. In fact they may had many things in common that would bring the two together. Someone could learn a lot from meeting someone with different beliefs and learn more about the world. They would be able to become more educated about the people in the world. Also they would get along with more people because they understand others. Thomas and King Henry could have grown in knowledge by learning from each other. They lost their friendship because they did not see they importance behind it. Friendship is important. In fact they are more important. Friends will be there for you when others are not. Thomas and King Henry both very important to England and had great authority. They should have made special allowances for their friends. When you have a high standard to hold your friends should come first. This does not mean that you should stop believe in what you believe.
