Dirt Bike Catastrophe Some four years ago on a small loop road, county road 355, hidden somewhere in the weeds was a convolution maze of dirt bike trails. It couldn’t have been but six months since my step brother, Austin and I started riding dirt bikes daily. We were nothing short of motocross eligible teenagers, jumping feet off the ground, sliding every turn, and being so dirty at the end of the day that two showers were necessary. All of these things changed very suddenly in a wreck that changed our lives.
Strong winds from the east pulled across the land, bringing dust with it. The grasses flickered in the gusts and filtered the dust. A light dusty haze laid atop the flat horizon that encircled and surrounded the land. Nothing could be seen for miles and for miles. The land and the blue above were infinite.
And off we go. Our engines roaring as we take off. Aftyn and I love to race. I went to the left and was riding in a big open area while Aftyn went over to the right and was side hilling. I was just coming over a hill when the unthinkable happened.

but i never thought that i would be good so i never tried it. Then there was this rodeo in Dierks and and they have it every year. They have bull riding every year but this year they had bull riding for kids from seventeen to one and two year olds for the first time and it was my chances to ride one.

Why? Why was I cursed to live this life of rage and pain? Why did our ancestor cause us to be cursed with generations of life-liquid thirsty pain and rage filled lives? Why does one man’s actions define a generation to follow? We weren’t even given a chance to be different from him.
Here I was stuck in the middle of the woods in the pitch dark trying to find a way to get out of this horrid place. I could hear coyotes crying all around me, all that was going through my head was that they were hungry. I heard rustling in the bush right next to me and I tried to maintain my composure and proceeded to fiddle with my Dirt-Bike. It seemed like hours I was trying to kick start this bike, I couldn’t see a thing, not even my hands. I mostly relied on my muscle memory the whole time trying to find the fuel cutoff line which, seemed impossible.
It was obvious she wouldn’t do as great as I would but she could ride. We were riding with my Dad, and Rob down the trails, at this point I was having a blast. We were reaching the end of our time on trails and were going to ride on a nice field that would be the perfect
I had an awesome summer this year! My family and I spent lots of time with our relatives and doing fun activities. During the summer we rodeo, spent time with family, worked, went on vacation and just spent time with friends. Read below to find more about my exciting summer. In those two and a half years I started racing. My first time I ever raced I got first place and it was the best feeling ever. I was so proud of what I had accomplished and wanted to keep racing. But after I placed first in that class I got bumped up to a new class that had bigger bikes and faster kids. At the time I was still on the 100 and I was racing kids on bikes twice as big as mine.

The exhilarating sport is a jaw dropping sport with riders that are a different breed of athlete. A sport full of physically fit riders. This is the overlooked sport of motocross.
One incident I can recount when I experienced failure was when I joined Cross Country. Since, I can remember I have always excelled at everything I did, from my academics to dance class to music lessons. When I entered into my freshman year of high school, I decided I would to join an athletic team in order to keep myself occupied outside of academics. I figured joining a sport would be another good attribute to add to my resume.

I was finally stepping outside my comfort zone learning to ride a bike. The most memorable time in my life was the time my dad taught me how to ride my first bike. At the age of six he taught me the basics of riding a bike. Along with rules that were set in order to help me be responsible with my bike. I learned to ride a bike without training wheels.
