In the article, “A Philosophy of Teaching,” the author, Rob Jenkins, explains his foundational philosophy for teaching. Firstly, the author believes in treating students with the upmost respect. Additionally, the author explains how teaching is a performance art, and that good teachers are made. In other words, teachers need to know there audience and react off of the audience’s reactions and the body languages. Also, teachers need to prepare, practice, revise, and try new teaching strategies to become good teachers. Finally, the author encourages teachers to show love for their students. Teachers need to perform at their best with love; therefore, encouraging and helping students to achieve success. Overall, Jenkins presents helpful tips for
