Once, long ago on Ogygia Calypso, daughter of the titan atlas, sat on the beach over of her island home, she was anxious a few weeks ago the God Hermes had told her to be on the lookout a demigod son of Zeus would be sent to her to keep the child safe from Hera’s fury, which she had against the children of her husband Zeus. After many weeks at sea Damianos had finally reached landfall. He landed close the kingdom of Argos.Once inside of the city Damianos saw the beautiful girl, she was around his age with pure black hair sparkling blue eyes and perfectly tanned skin, and instantly fell in love he asked a man near by who she was. the man responded “that is Princess Roxane,” he said “So I’m guessing you 're trying to get Princess Roxane hand in marriage too? Well good luck her father says he will only allow a son of zeus to have her as a bride.” When Damianos heard this Calypso’s warning returned “Stay away from the king he is a greedy man and would try to exploit you”. The king being highly skeptical said to him “prove it, ask your father zeus for a sign.” Damianos thought Ok uh.. dad do you think you could possibly show some sort of sign to prove that i am your son. Then on the perfectly clear day a bolt of lightning crashed into the courtyard and struck the huge pine tree.
