The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the potential academic skill sets that can be gained through the Master of Healthcare Administration program. As I go further in my career and my desire to become a healthcare administrator, it is crucial to identify and develop the competencies required to excel in both my current position, which is not related to the healthcare sector, and the position I want to have. Leadership Skills which are critical for managing relationships within a healthcare setting. Strategic Planning, which is important for aligning healthcare services with organizational goals.
