Abortion
In winter is when she discovered her problem. She thought of keeping it, but she knew he would never agree. He was completely disinterested, and so he was never around. At thirteen weeks she was out of time. He made the appointment at the clinic. She was forced to go. Not against her will, but forced just the same. She found out he made the appointment the night before when he called and told her to be ready in the morning. The young lady was emotionally strained because she really didn’t want to do this to her body. The next morning her phone rings to signal it was time. The young girl was sleep when she was shot in the back of her head. The young mother fiancé son had killed her. After the little boy had shot the bride to be, he hid the gun and the shell, he got on the bus and went to school like nothing ever happened. The little boy was eleven years of age. The bride to be was twenty-six and was eight months pregnant by her fiancé.
The question was how many people did the little boy kill? How many murders should the boy is charged with? In Pennsylvania the law says that the criminal homicide of an unborn child could be classified as murder or voluntary manslaughter. Pennsylvania charged the little boy with the murder of the mother and with the fetus. After the little boy was charged, the family of the mother and the fiancé were very happy about the double charge.
The killing of an innocent human being is wrong even if it has not been born yet. Unborn babies are considered human beings by the US government. The federal government passed a law, the Unborn Victims of Violence Act of 2004. This act is an act to protect unborn fetus from assault and murder. It also states that under federal law, anybody that intentionally killing or attempting to kill should be punished. At least 38 states have passed similar fetal homicide laws. The law that the little boy was charged with was about violence against pregnant women. These laws are in place to protect women.

From 1973 through 2008, nearly 50 million legal abortions have occurred in the U.S. (U.S Abortion Statistics).
There are many different reasons people should and should not have abortions. Women should have the right to choose abortion if they feel the need to do so. The major thing that gave women the right of abortion was the Roe V Wade court case. On January 22, 1973 the Supreme Court’s made a decision that changed America’s legal stance of abortion. It did so by declaring unconstitutional the laws of forty-six states that prohibited or restricted a woman’s right to an abortion in the first trimester of her pregnancy. (Stevens)
There are many different ramifications on the woman during and after their abortion. Many women have after effects and they start feeling guilty. The women go through different emotional sickness. Most of the women go to a therapist because they feel like they have no one they can turn to and talk. So to overcome depression and feeling guilty they go get
