The current strategy at work to Accentuate favors large-sized companies and projects. It is very focused on developing their partner-driven approach where they outsource most of their activities (Accenture 2018). It has major flaws that affect the business negatively. For example, they leave out a significant market through the use of this technique. The mid-market in developing markets are growing at a fast rate and offering firms massive profits and compensation. However, Accenture is non-partisan to this success, particularly in the consulting and service industries. Big projects and big clients undoubtedly offer larger profit margins, but their competitors are reaping from the mid-sized markets. Despite lacking large profit margins, mid-sized firms offer their competitors, market stability, but more importantly, they play a critical role in building their brand names around the globe.
