The junk removal and disposal industry is an extremely competitive market. I have found that price if the major difference between gaining and losing jobs. All the aforementioned companies are franchised organization that have certain territorial rights in Bucks County. The reason for doing this is because if you can penetrate the local market in which we are based then we will be able to expand as the time comes. The Junk Man’s image will include bright colors to catch the eyes of people as trucks and cars that drive past as well as a bold image to instill our brand recognition. • The reason for choosing 60 and over is because this group is seen to be needs based. In their case it may be different thing making them use our services from simple downsizing or possibly not being able to live on their own anymore.
• The reason for choosing an average gross household income is that through research these are the types of people that are more willing to pay for the convenience and stress-free conditions to have items removed. This is appealing to the convenience factor because they could choose to do the work themselves but would rather have someone come and do it for them so they don’t have to worry about it.
