“Actions speak louder than words”, a common saying that is far from a lie. What you do is more important than what you say because it turns the fiction of someone's thoughts to reality. First, let’s talk start with the book, To Kill A Mocking Bird by Harper Lee. In the book, one of the main characters, Atticus, had a choice to take a sexual assault case defending a black man. This book takes place in Alabama when racism was strong. Atticus knew this and thought in his head “that would be a wrong move” because of the defendants color. But he had to do something about it because it was the right thing to do. In the mind of Atticus and others in the Community, their fiction was that Tom, the black man, shouldn’t be defended against a
