Adnan is guilty. Not for the actual killing of Hae, but for being an accomplice to Jay. The real murderer. Adnan wouldn’t have killed Hae unless he was blackmailed into doing it, and for what we know Jay was the only one that had anything on Adnan. Jay sold Adnan marijuana, so if Adnan wanted more marijuana he would have to do what Jay told him to. This is why Jay should be charged guilty for the death of Hae; and Adnan, based on his personality and legal actions is without a doubt guilty of aiding the murder of Hae. Adnan and Jay’s run in the with police is something to behold. “Jay said he didn’t take it too seriously.” (Koenig, “Episode 1”). This is what Jay told Sarah. They haven’t looked at some of the solid evidence that makes Adnan guilty. Some of the things that they might say are that there is no way that Adnan could be at Hae’s car where she was strangled at, but he was. There were multiple people that heard him ask Hae for a ride after school. That would place Adnan with Hae and even if Adnan wasn’t with Hae. That doesn’t mean that Jay couldn’t have been. They might also say that the call logs don’t add up and that they are not a reasonable and trustworthy piece of evidence, but again they are wrong. The call logs would add up if you placed Adnan as Jay’s accomplice. The parts of Jay’s story would be true and it would be obvious that Adnan had the phone when the call logs didn’t match up with his story. There is no way that Adnan is innocent. The evidence proves
