Marketing The newly open social adult day care facility for the 65 and older, is a great organization that keeps the older feeling young. The placement of the facility in a middle-high income neighborhood within a large metropolitan city is a perfect location for the organizations investment opportunity. As a new facility, a highly-developed marketing plan is very crucial for the owner’s profitability logistics. The owner of the adult day care center would benefit most by implementing a market-driven plan to promote the new facility to its target population. The adult day care facility houses events and programs for the 65 and older, but the target population is mainly the caretakers of the 65 and older.
