In each Agricultural class they have three basics that they cover Classroom, SAE, and Leadership. With these our Ag Advisors show as example how these can impact our future of our lives and even Agriculture. In the classroom they help teach us with learning how Agriculture is important in our everyday lives. We learn problem solving techniques and also test our knowledge and skills through teamwork opportunities. We go over things like 97% of U.S. farms are owned by family owned and operated corporations. That Farmers only receive 17 cents, on average, out of every retail dollar spent on food at home or away from home. These are important even if we are not going to join a career in Ag. With Leadership we use this in our everyday lives if its working in a group project, Working at a job, or Working with our SAE. we get an opportunity for hands on experiences. They challenge us to the best of our ability to test our Leadership, Responsibility, Knowledge and skills. We also see how our attitude affects those around us which affects our leadership development. Our Ag advisors have shown by great examples how each of these can improve us in ur everyday lives.

Agriculture Educations drive students to achieve success and learn responsibility. I have interview three Ag teachers in Missouri to help me. I have reached out to Nathan Isakson, Jon Wilson, and Bryan Williams. They each had their own input on ways Ag Teachers have affected students across the state. First I asked them to emphasize the importance of Agricultural Educators on today's students. How it will make a difference in today's society.
