In the movie, I am going to discuss in my paper. The ageism in the three ladies Elise, Brenda, Annie, as they come together to take their husband down, for the crimes they done in the past. The mid-life crisis that Elise was going through. She was trying to make herself look young again. She didn’t like the way she was looking as she got older. Their friend Cynthia Swann committed suicide because she felt alone, and continuity theory is about how they haven’t changed in any of their traits as they got older throughout the years.
