The following document details a two-part event of a public concert and international food festival for the students enrolled at Iowa State. Included in the document are specifications for the event, recommendations for student safety, and a cost/profit projection for the event. Janet acknowledges the children of Head Start are in difficult situations in which they are poor or they are referrals from child protective services. The positive short term effects that Head Start offers is a lasting influence on the child’s future. The fact in which Head Start is still operating after 50 years is an indicator of an evolving quality preschool. I agree with most of the article, however, I do not feel as though this article provides the Head Start Program with justice.

I decided to approach him and asked if he has spare time to interview him, he agreed and I began conducting my interview. Rajinder Kumar Sharma is an East Indian 20 years old male born in India, Punjab on June 4, 1998, and grew up in Winnipeg, Canada.
