The patient is a 18 year old male who presented to the ED with non-compliance of medication, verbally aggressive behavior towards his mother at home, and threatened to harm himself on arrival to hospital, however has no plan. Per documentation the patient was mad that the mother call his prole officer and had aggressive behavior towards security staff. During the time of assessment the patient was alert and sitting up right in his bed. The patient presented with no verbal or physical aggression during the time of assessment. The patient denies HI, SI, and symptoms of psychosis. The patient reports August 17 he was released for jail and has not been able to take his medications since. The patient reports when he is not on his medications he can become aggressive towards others. The patient reports he wants to receive help with his medications.
