When Managers assume employees will perform well if treated positively, and employees are able to make the work with all the responsibilities, are viewed as assets that should be valued and developed, is defined as theory Y. Ana Rios follow this definition by believing that employees enjoy duties, and are self motivated. One example would be when they are dancing in the store trying to enjoy their time while they work, Another example is that employees need to work hard accumulating points in order to get the reward. This is important since if theory Y is practiced more employees will feel respected and valued.
