Hello. My name is Andrew Loklen, and this story is about how my family felt about the Stamp Act. The Stamp Act required the colonists to pay a tax, represented by a stamp, on every printed piece of paper, such as documents, newspapers, and playing cards. The Stamp Act was passed on March 22, 1765. This story took place on October 25, 1965. Now, here it is. “Daniel!” “Sorry mom, I was just bored.” “No!
