Anne was the type of person who lit up a room when she walked in. She had a bright young mind.
Anne Frank is one of the world’s most well known children of the world and a true heroine. Because she was so hopeful, joyful and smart in time of destruction and depression. Some of the strongest evidence of her heroism in the play about her life in the secret annex is when Anne gives all the people living with her homemade Hanukkah presents. Even when they did not get her or anyone else a gifts. She put a lot of thought an effort into the gifts to just make her family and friends.

Anne Frank and her family go into hiding into an old office building annex. Due to the Holocaust and them being Jewish they must go into hiding. They tell people they are going to Switzerland to trick the Nazi’s in thinking that's where they are instead of in hiding. Ultimately there were eight people hiding in this building, another family of Jews, called the Van Daan's, Mr. Dussel was also there without his wife because she wasn’t Jewish and didn't have to go into hiding. The Franks were there of course and another family that wasn't Jewish but was there to Protect them.
This story is abut a girl that was writing her daily days while she was in the holocaust She was venting her fears and frustrations, and contemplating her everyday life. She was given the diary as a present from her parents in 1942, and named it Kitty. Through her diary writing, Anne Frank was in many ways her own counsellor in a time of great suffering and tribulation. She realized that writing down her thoughts and feelings could help her cope with the anxiety of the war and Nazi persecution.

Anne Frank, her family, and the Van Daans endured difficult times of hunger, thirst, and lack of privacy cornered by walls for over two years. Anne confided her observations and feelings of the hard times within her diary she named Kitty. By writing in her diary both before and after the war, one could visibly notice how Anne went into the Annexe as a juvenile and came out as a young adult.
A mother and daughter are expected to always get along, and a daughter is expected to always respect her mother. Anne Frank and her mother, Edith, have a very complicated relationship. At times, Anne and her mother do not have the expected relationship, and their reality is that Anne sometimes disrespects and does not get along with her mother. Anne acknowledges their relationship when she says, “I simply can’t stand Mother, and I have to force myself not to snap at her all the time and to stay calm when I’d rather slap her across the face. I don’t know why I’ve taken such a terrible dislike to her” (Frank 51).

The Diary of Anne Frank is about a young jewish girl named Anne Frank, who has to go into hiding with her family in order to not get caught and taken away by the Nazis in Amsterdam, and while in hiding, records her experiences and thoughts into her diary. Farewell to Manzanar is a book based on a girl named Jeanne Wakatsuki who is seven years old at the time, and gets taken away with her family to Manzanar encampments, as the U.S. government doesn’t want to risk any Japanese Americans possibly giving up information to the Japanese as they are at war with them. Anne Frank and Jeanne Wakatsuki have many similarities and differences throughout their lifetimes on the run from the war.
Anne franks family were forced to live in Mr Frank's old workplace’s attack so that they could be unfindable. The Frank family were hiding out of fear of the nazis and being captured by the nazis. The trigger for the Franks relocating would have been when Margot received a letter demanding that she report to a labor camp. They relocated into Mr franks old workplace and took a few friends with them. After a while the characters are Mr. Frank, Mrs. Frank.
