The book states that even though her parents didn’t care what kind of grades Anne got but only that she was happy. She was still passing all classes and was an above average pupil. Anne Frank is one of the world’s most well known children of the world and a true heroine. Because she was so hopeful, joyful and smart in time of destruction and depression. Some of the strongest evidence of her heroism in the play about her life in the secret annex is when Anne gives all the people living with her homemade Hanukkah presents. Even when they did not get her or anyone else a gifts. She put a lot of thought an effort into the gifts to just make her family and friends.

(FS1) Anne Frank and her family were Jewish, living in a time period where it was illegal to be of that ethnicity and religion. (FS2) Anne decides to use her journal to document all of the events of the Annex, and what it was like to be an undercover Jew in such a dark period in history.

The term “Uncle Tom” shouldn’t have been treated as an insult. It is understandable why it was because Uncle Tom did defend his masters, refuse to kill Legree and forgave his killers, which some may see as him being weak and submissive to white people. However Uncle Tom was an honest, brave man and true Christian, “Tom is a noble hearted, faithful fellow” (Stowe, 34). He had faith and chose to see the best in people. He never complained or blamed others and his choices may have been frustrating but in no way was he a bad person.
