This book contains information about the role of managers and how they treat their employees. The author gave advices to the managers like strength, talent, outcome, employee satisfaction. This is an overall good book. 4. Fabbri and Schwab, R.A. (1992). Practical database management. Boston: PWS-Kent Pub. In this book, the authors Fabbri and Robert described the architecture and design of database management systems. The hardware and operating system considerations have given a clear description of advancements made in programming concepts. The data structures and the access methods are clearly explained in this book. The relational databases and the implementations of queries using SQL are given.
