When first hitting the market in the year nineteen eighty in the month of December it started off at $24.00 per share, making it quite expensive for a beginner stock so after being divided a couple of times the stock went down to forty-two cents per share , it may sound small but apple wanted to make its stocks affordable to all people around. At $0.42 cents back then you could have bought a heap of shares, but now the stock just hit $116.89 just in december fourth.
