I enjoy watching movies with various professions, because it can present the life of real workplace in different fields. I had watched a movie called “Up In The Air”, which portrays the main character as a corporate downsizing expert with a responsibility to solve problem and lay off employees for different companies around the country. In this movie, I really admire the character's working ability and his speechcraft. During his conversation with the different employees that need to be let go, he can ever so calmly take care of the situation and have everything under control. I am a person who likes to communicate with different kinds of people. Meanwhile, observate people is very interesting in the social life. For this reason, I chose Sociology in my undergraduate study to understand the relationship between human and social development. For my future career, I am looking forward to the particular jobs that are related to make communication with people. After graduating from California State University, Los Angeles (CalSateLA), I gained my first job as a social work assistant at the Adult Day Health Care Center. The work experience of this position improved my talking skill to deal with various personality people during the assist and communication with the elders. More importantly, social work assistant this position trained more patience on me. After four months, I got the job opportunity from the company Harvard Square Academy (HS2 Academy). HS2 Academy is the company has ten branch in California to provide College Counseling and after-school tutoring for highschool students. Fortunately, I not only deal with some issues about administrative management in daily works, but I also have the responsibilities to handle about human resource management assignments.
