Many times have I had arguments with my creationist friends who refuse to believe in Evolution, I recalled asking a friend her opinion as to why is this so, and she replied that facts are not the only things that bind us to this world, faith plays a great role and the unwillingness to abandon this faith is what keeps evolution at bay from invading our minds, and despite all the evidences of evolution that have been pointed out, she claimed that seeing does not necessarily mean believing, which I too share her opinion on the latter, because there are many things that humans have yet to account for, such as supernatural incidents, which are commonly observed all around the world. With so many things yet unaccounted for, we know not of what to believe in.

[Medicine.Yale.edu, 2014]. However our apparent differences in physical shapes and in fact difference up to our order is so apparent that it is unpalatable to accept that we are close relatives of worms. In fact, all the animal that falls along our ancestry line are nowhere similar to us, we would have expected humans to share a great amount of DNA similarity with birds, reptiles or even fish before we even thought of worms, but the fact is worms share a greater similarity in DNA despite the long distance we have come from our ancestry. Hence, this may be a flaw in the theory, as genetics do not fully prove the relations in evolution, nevertheless other evidences still can be used substantially. It could even be argued that genetics is an argument supporting creationism, as different organisms all rely on the same building blocks, it is but mere coincidence that similar genes are found throughout different species.
