Parents are not allowing their teens girls to get on birth control can cause a lot of problems ,this is a good argument that been going on for some years. Most parents do not allow birth control because some parents think their teenage daughter would think its ok to have sex and probably have it just because they know they can't get pregnant. As teens get older they will start thinking about sex and about having it but most girls are scared to talk to their parents about sex or birth control because they don’t know how their parents would respond. Some Teen girls not on it because of their parents and they are scared of how their parents will respond to it. I think if a girl want to get on birth control without her parents knowing it would be a good design because then a lot of teens would be getting on it just because they parents don’t know about it and they would not have to worry about their parents getting mad or thinking they having sex just because the ask to get on Birth Control .

According to (planned parenthood action.org 2015) 99 percent of women ages 15 to 44 that are sexually active have used birth control at some point in their life. As teens get older I think starting at the age of 16 teen should be able to go get on birth control without a parent or somebody over 18 taking them. It's a disadvantage for many teens that doesn't have that type of bond with their parents or mainly mother.
