China as a people which was frankly not something Japan intended to do. After accessing their options Japan decides to continue with their path but deceive the United States by continuing Negotiations as an attempt to make it seem like they had no real intention of going to war and still wanted to avoid it. That being said America was indeed aware of Japan's violent intentions they just couldn’t figure out where they would strike. And then on December 7th, 1941 we found out. In Pearl Harbor the Japanese completed a highly successful surprise attack involving roughly 360 planes. The damage to the naval fleets were signifigant many ships destroyed in their docks, pilots killed before lift off and sailors drowning in their sinking ships or being shot up on the docks. This attack finally gave Roosevelt the chance to declare war on Japan and than Germany and Italy declared war on us in return. Jumping back to Europe Germany and Italy begin to invade Africa. The bomb was so powerful it not only totalled the city it vaporized 78,000 Japanese people instantly and injured another 70,000 in total over 120,000 people died. And a few years later an additional 200,000 died of radiation. Three days later we keep up the assault and bomb them again this time in Nagasaki with the atomic bomb dubbed “the Fat Man”. We did this so quickly in the hopes Japan would think we had a numerous amount of them and be intimidated by us, but in fact that was actually our last one. Thankfully though Japan fell for out bluff and in Tokyo Harbor on the USS MIssouri we sign peace. We quickly help them rebuild, the destruction we caused no only quelled the Americans thirst for blood but helped make it easier to convince us we need to help them back out
